If the breakaway torque is exceeding the predefined value, machine should stops the further operation and same data is transferred |

to data acquisition system. |

Torque to Turn Test - The torque w.r.t. crank-angle is monitored and a graph is displayed on screen. Results are compared with the |

|
signature graph of a Master component (This graph will be decided based on trials & behavior of few number of components) and |
|
| |
|
corresponding decision will be stored in PLC & in PC. |
